Fuzzy clouds on sky ! Thoughts on cloud computing.

Some questions that still vex my mind thinking about the clouds ...

1. Will the search engine be charged if they want to index your public clouds?

2. What will be the change in the developer productivity matrix when cloud based platforms and services will be in place?

3. Can we have Search engines integrated to the Cloud based platforms.

4. How will Search Engines crawl data shared in public cloud, and secured in virtual private clouds? Do you have an API at least in place for this?

5. How will you handle concurrency in cloud based transactions?

6. Do we have a cloud based development lifecycle and delivery model in place?

9. Is Single-Sign-On ( SSO ) relevant only for federated applications?

A World, Wild Wild Within ...

This post is an annotation of a seminar I attended an year back. It is about an opportunity I had to think beyond the mundane routines of work. In the State convention of academicians on the Research and Teaching paradigms in the Free and Open Source Software, we had sessions on Android, Information Security and Cloud computing each in the FOSS perspective.

I had some brainstorming discussions with FOSS peers and resource persons out there.

Memory Management Optimization and enhancement of power saver mode are two options that came to my mind at the outset. It seems we need to check whether the specific device drivers can be exposed after rooting the Android system.

In the session on information security, we had a chance to think about NP, P inequality and the possible operator level transformations.

I feel that a subtle combination of relativistic transformations on the quantum physical operators can lead us to a solution in the field of quantum cryptography. And my dreams on working on the quantum kernels of electron spin seems still ellusive to my work life continuum...
